Sales of commercial real estate in Vancouver hit close to $2 billion in 2010.  A new record. Went to the re-opening of the Olympic Village condo sales event last Friday here in Vancouver.  There were a lot of really nice units in a large variety of price ranges.  I felt that they were well priced now and represent good value.  It's an amazing village-like atmoshpere and it's right by the water.  Easy access to downtown.  Walk to Granville Island, take a water taxi across to Yaletown. ...
